I’m Ngu Brice Che — an IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting people, and keeping systems reliable and productive.
My Background
My career has taken me through several sides of IT — from hands-on technical support at MTN Cameroon, to systems administration at nVent HOFFMAN, where I worked with Azure, identity, Terraform, and PowerShell automation.
I’ve also worked in workforce operations analysis at Willis Towers Watson (WTW), technical customer support at Foundever, and most recently client technical support at Roundel (Target).
Across these experiences, I’ve built a foundation in Tier 2/3 support, identity and access, hybrid infrastructure, troubleshooting, and SLA-focused operations.
What I Do

Alongside that foundation, I work with Azure, Entra ID / Active Directory, hybrid cloud, Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.
I hold Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certifications. I’m also intentionally building toward cybersecurity and security operations, continuing to expand my technical skill set as I grow.
Beyond IT
Technology is my main focus, but it isn’t the only thing I enjoy building.
I also work with video and photo editing, resume design, technical documentation, content creation, and AI-assisted workflows. These creative skills complement my IT background and give me another way to communicate ideas, solve problems, and bring projects to life.
IT is the foundation. Creativity is another tool in the toolbox.
